Build-A-Base

The Built-A-Base toolkit was primary inspired by Ross Payton's Bass Raiders, but as a purely creative tool it will work with any superhero setting or game.

It is actually a prototype of the more extensive Bunker Builder in the Post Apocalyptic RPG I'm working on, Those Left Behind. A small test of some of it's idea's.
